“Every Friday headmen with other Muspika (ranks of District Leadership Assembly) go around to residential with using no official car,” said Bambang Sugiono, ‎City Secretary Assistant for Government Section, Wednesday (12/2).

Sugiono added, by walking around headmen can understand the problem that exist in their region detail. Aside that, headmen are required to know residents’ condition by doing door to door visit.

“So, you know the exact condition in field,” he exclaimed.

As a regional manager your duty is a connector to the related unit in case a problem.”Problem can be solved immediately,” he remarked.
