Route Permits Against B 80 Metromini will Be Revoked
“We’ve revoked
those public transports’ route,” said Jakarta
Governor, Basuki “Ahok” T. Purnama at City Hall, Monday (12/7).
Ahok revealed
that his side has invited Metromini (Mini Bus) to join with Region-owned
enterprise (BUMD) Transjakarta since last June. But unfortunately they refused
the offers.
“’I’ve invited
them to join with Transjakarta and pay them by rupiah perkilomter system. We’ll find
win-win solution that not harm passenger anymore,” he stated.
Through the system it means an end to the setoran (sum of money) system. The system at once effective to remove bribery action in field.
“Bribery action is much potential to be done. This system can eliminate
that kinda thing but unfortunately they still refused our offers,” he
disclosed.
