A Thing Allegedly Bomb Shocked ITC Fatmawati

A thing suspected as a bomb in a brown-colored box had been shocking visitors in ITC Fatmawati shopping center, Cipete Utara Urban Village, Kebayoran, South Jakarta, about 1.15 PM.

After being investigated, researched by Gegana bomb squad team, the thing is not a bomb, physically it's dry battery of power supply

Chief of Criminal Unit for South Jakarta Resort Police, AKBP Audie Latuheru stated the thing was found in front of

Automated teller machines (ATM) belongs to BII by a security guard, then brought to the security post.

"After being investigated, researched by Gegana bomb squad team, the thing is not a bomb, physically it's dry battery of power supply," said Audie, Wednesday (12/9).

Audie added, the packet was sent in the name of Fais, Greenwood Residence Kampung Holywood, Jalan Totem VII B-8 no 11, RT 05/07, Sadeng Urban Village, Gunung Pati, Semarang, addressed to Budi Santoso at Jalan Pemuda No. 266 ,RT 04/01, Ambo Wetan,  Ulujami Sub-District, Pemalang Regency, Central Java.

The police, he continued, now keeps investigating the side putting the packet as it was unsettling citizens.

"It was clearly not a bomb, police carefully will investigate the sender," he closed.
