Meanwhile, Didin (50), a citizen of RT 10/05 who serves as a volunteer at the pump house near Perdatam Complex, expressed the floods as high as one meter that hit RW 05 area in Ulujami Urban Village, Saturday (12/12), has receded.
He disclosed, pump in Perdatam is owned by Ciliwung-Cisadane Flood Control Office (BBWSCC), which is built since 2003. In 2009, it was malfunctioned due to community self-sufficiency stopped. In three months ago, he continued, it was been replaced by BBWSCC with second machine.
"But I can't operate the machine because we have no solar," he exclaimed.
