The 5 orders are residential order, trash order, street vendors order, traffic order and demonstration order.

"Practically now we get no threat from other countries. But it doesn't mean we have no feel to defend our country, one of them is realized by obeying the existing 5 orders," said Mayor of Central Jakarta, Mangara Pardede, on the sidelines of the Ceremony of Defending State's 67th Anniversary at Lapangan Monas, Saturday (12/19).
Besides that, according to him, defending state could also be implemented by raising alertness in each neighborhood. It is important for citizens to report to RT/RW if there is guest in 1x24 hours.
"So that, RT/RW will know whoever in their area. We don't want any unsettling activity to happen," he asserted.
