Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama admitted beef stock is limited. he ensured, his party has instructed PD Dharma Jaya to add the stock.

He stated, to suppress beef price, the city should have a lot of stock. Thus PD Dharma Jaya can control the market.

The city administration, he stated, is not difficult to compete price with beef importers. Considering the PD Dharma Jaya already has various facilities, ranging from slaughterhouses (RPH) and cow freighter from Transportation Ministry.
Additionally, the city administration also has cooperated with East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Government for cattle supplier.
"The important thing is money, the farmer just want cash money," he said.
