Penjaringan Puskesmas Opens Call Center Service

The Penjaringan Sub-district Community Health Center (Puskesmas), North Jakarta opens call center service in order to simplify patient registration.

Patients just come at least half an hour corresponding queue number given by call center staff

Penjaringan Sub-district Puskesmas Head, Florida Masniari Sitinjak disclosed, call center service has been ongoing since last October. To register, resident can contact call center at number 087780858571.

Eventually, the officer will record patient name, address and puskesmas destination. Then patient will be given queue number.

3 New Puskesmas will Be Built in East Jakarta

"Patients just come at least half an hour corresponding queue number given by call center staff. We do this to minimize long queue and speed up healthcare service," she stated, Monday (1/25).

According to her, the intensive socialization that has made an increase in patients who register via call center is significant. The puskesmas itself serves 500 patients per day.

"Residents are very welcome. By doing so, we can minimize long queue in puskesmas," she told.

As planned, her side also intends to open online service in the upcoming February.
