Central Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture, and Food Security Sub-dept keeps vaccinating animals bring rabies in Central Jakarta. Evidently, along January 2016, they have vaccinated 282 animals bring rabies.

We did sweeping in 3 out of 44 urban villages to vaccinate animal bring rabies, such as Kampung Bali, Kebon Melati and Kebon Kacang

Head of Livestock Section, Central Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture, and Food Security Sub-dept, Hasudungan said the vaccination was conducted door to door or collective in community halls. By late January, the vaccination was been sweeping 3 out of 44 urban villages in Central Jakarta.

"We did sweeping in 3 out of 44 urban villages to vaccinate animal bring rabies, such as Kampung Bali, Kebon Melati and Kebon Kacang. Tomorrow, precisely Tuesday (2/2), it will be done in Karet Tengsin Urban Village," he expressed, Monday (2/1).

In details, those 282 animals consist of 99 dogs, 179 cats, 3 monkeys, and 1 civet cat. In future, his side will hold another vaccination in 44 urban villages from 8 sub-districts all over Central Jakarta.
