Torrential rain that poured the capital city this morning has triggered puddles on Jl Raya Kapuk, Cengkareng, West Jakarta, Monday (2/1).

"It can't be handled by PPSU officer because wide and deep of the channel is nearly 1.5 meters," he stated.
