Metromini Bus Driver Kills His Guest

Allegedly annoyed of being invective by his guest, an S75 Metromini bus driver (Pasar Minggu - Blok M), MY (25), with two of his friends, recklessly ended his guests CS (45) life. The bloody incident happened in suspect rented house on Jalan Tanjung Barat, of RT 12 RW 08, Pejaten Timur, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, Wednesday (4/9), around 4 am.

They could be charged under Article of law (KUHP) number 170 with threat of 12 years in prison

Gathered information revealed, CS suddenly came to MY's house. At that moment, MY was gathering with his two friends. While cussing the suspect, CS was also summoning his other friends.

Due to the situation was heating up, MY and his two friends decided to move inside the house and locked the door. CS was getting mad and knocking MY's house door loudly.

A Boy Swept Away in Kresek River

"Being ignored by the men inside the house, CS' friends left him. CS was still waiting MY," said Pasar Minggu Sector Police chief, Police Commissioner Adri DF.

After the house condition was quiet and CS still shouting, MY and friends went out to beat CS. "The victim got 7 stabbed injuries on his back and waist. He died on the way to hospital," Adri added.

Having report from the residents, police officers directly chasing suspects. Besides of it, the officers were also collecting evidences at crime scene (TKP). "We investigate witnesses and collect other evidences. While the victim directly evacuated to Kramat Jati Police Hospital to do vise and autopsy," he stated.

While the suspects whose identity is already revealed are in pursuit. "Hunt and Assault (buser) team has received suspect identity and making pursuit. They could be charged under Article of law (KUHP) number 170 with threat of 12 years in prison," he uttered.
