Seribu Islands Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Sub-dept did a sudden inspection (sidak) to several stalls and stores in the island. As a result, they found tofu containing formalin from one stall in Untung Jawa Island, South Seribu Islands.
Seribu Islands Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Sub-dept Head, Sutrisno disclosed his side had checked various food products, such as tofu, ikan asin (salted dried fish) and snack. And the officer found formalin contained in tofu.
