Security Officer Who Tries to Sell the Flat will Be Punished

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama will punish security officers who try to sell the flat illegally. Because it is provided for evicted residents around riverbanks and other government lands.

"We'll fire and bring security officer to be convicted," he asserted, at City Hall, Monday (3/21).

He disclosed the flat is not for sale, because its existence is much needed to accommodate the evicted resident. Various facilities also given to them, like Jakarta Smart Card (KJP).

Flat’s Services are Level with Luxurious Apartment

To hinder such action, every flat occupant must have Jakarta ID card in accordance with the flat address. "Thus we could detect it from the ID card. Besides, they must also have Bank DKI account," he stated.

Jakarta Housing and Government Building Dept also continues to raid the flat occupant. If the ID card is not match with flat address, they will be evicted. "I don't care if they are pregnant or elderly, I will remain evict them," he asserted.

As known, the Cilincing Sector Police has arrested Dedy Bin Imam Surya Brata in a case of fraudulent sale of flats. Dedy (42), is a security officer at Marunda Flat, Marunda Urban Village, Cilincing Sub-district, North Jakarta.
