Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama disclosed that the city could apply system for the benefits, which are farmer 80 percent and local government 20 percent.

"Most farmers are from low-class people thus they had to sell farmland and spreading into residential areas," he stated, Monday (3/21).

Such thing can be done as vision of Jakarta in future. Thus farmers and migrants can be successful in agriculture, as the government wants to buy their crops.
