West Jakarta Administration did sudden inspection (sidak) against dangerous food in five traditional markets. The officer managed to take three samples that positively containing formalin from Tomag Barat Market, Grogol Petamburan

Head of West Jakarta Marine, Agriculture, and Food Security Sub-dept, Renova Ida Siahaan disclosed his side took 320 samples of food during sudden inspection that held in Tomang Barat, Grogol, Duta Mas, Timbul Barat and Jelambar markets.
"Of the 320 samples, three of them are containing formalin, such as tofu, ikan asin (salted fish) and huge shrimp. All is from Tomang Barat Market," he expressed, Tuesday (3/22).
