Rp 3 Trillion Prepared for Flat Construction

The city administration has allocated Rp 3 trillion to build the flat in the capital. Besides the flat, the fund would also be used for continued construction of the flat last year.

Head of Jakarta Housing and Government Building Dept, Ika Lestari Aji stated there are eight locations for last year's flat construction. It is not stopped due to technical problem, but 2015 City Budget (APBD) using Gubernatorial Regulation where construction cannot be done through multiyears.
"Fund this year is about Rp 3 trillion for flat construction in 38 locations. Total units in eight locations reached 2,443 units," she expressed, Friday (3/25).
City Ready to Provide Land for Flat ConstructionIka details 38 flats that will be built in such locations are 10 locations (multiyears) and 20 locations (single years). Those flats are Bekasi Timur (200 units), Cakung Barat (300 units), Rawabebek (400 units), Pinus Elok (100 units) and Jatinegara Kaum (300 units), KS Tubun (524 units), Semper (235 units) and Rawa Buaya (384 units).
While 10 locations are Guidance Location (Lokbin) Rawa Buaya (354 units), Blok Nagrak (1,000 units), Rawa Bebek (270 units), Penggilingan (540 units), and Pangadegan Urban Village (270 units).
Then there are also Lokbin Rawa Buaya (810 units), Lokbin Tegal Alur (270 units), Vocational Training Center (BLK) Pasar Rebo (540 units), Pulo Gebang and Penggilingan (810 units), and Pondok Pinang Complex (Ex-UPT Kayu) South Jakarta (270 units). Additionally, there are four traditional markets which will be renovated and then integrated to the flat.
Those markets are Blok G Tanah Abang, Serdang, Kebon Melati and Grogol.
"As initial stage, there are 39 locations this year. But we have land problem in one location, so we delay it. Then the other lands are ready," he finished.
