As many as 40 students for C-package exam in Seribu Islands are absent without explanation in first national exams.

She disclosed, most of them are out of school children and fishermen. Most likely they were to sail when the exam went on.
"Announcement and socialization about national exam has been intensified, they know. But maybe, there is other obstacles thus cannot attend," she explained.
