City's Anniversary Concept Keeps Being Finalized

Representative of 35 regional working units (SKPD) under Jakarta Provincial Government conduct a meeting for welcoming Jakarta's 489th anniversary, in Setu Babakan, Srengseng Sawah, Jagakarsa. The meeting in question is to finalize the anniversary concept and inventory the readiness of SKPD to success the event on May 28, 2016.
Every SKPD already have their respective duties. They are currently still conducting preparation and is hoped it can be done a week before the event
Assistant of Jakarta Development and Environment for City Secretary, Gamal Sinurat disclosed, preparation process has been held since last month ago. Closing the event, his side keeps intensifying the preparation.

He continued such declaration will be enlivened by a series of activities, such as art and cultural performances, folk entertainment and anniversary logo handover from the governor to the mayor.
"The declaration begins when the logo is handed. Every mayor will do their own duties," he expressed.
He added, Setu Babakan that was chosen as anniversary celebration is deemed representative and have historic value. In addition, it is also an effort promote cultural tourism of Setu Babakan.
