Section Head of Social Rehabilitation for Jakarta Social Dept, Chaidir disclosed, scavengers usually begging on the roadside by bringing the family.

To anticipate its existence, the officer of Service, Supervision and Social Control (P3S) warned them not to beg. If it is ignored, the P3S will conduct outreach to them.

There are some locations that prone to scavengers, such as Manggarai, Polim, Fatmawati and so on.

"Our officer will be sent to areas that prone to scavengers. But the problem is save the cart because the officers in the field difficult to carry it," he admitted.

He added people who want to give aid for charity should be in place already trusted. Because there are some actors who take advantage of public concern.
