He added, survey that conducted by BPS using standard is lower. Thus the number of the poor only reached 3.75 percent. With 2,500 calories per day, the number is the same with one person with income by Rp 450 thousand per day.
"BPS does survey using benchmark by 2,500 calories per day. But we want the survey way to be changed," he stated.
If it uses KHL value, the living need is Rp 2.5 million per month. It is higher compared to the United Nations (PBB), which is USD 2 per day or around Rp 800 thousand per month.
