Sex worker activity along Jl Kyia Tapa (Grogol), Jl Daan Mogot and Jl Inspeksi Kali Sekretaris (Kebon Jeruk) are rampant again. They who consist of women and transvestites operate at around 9 PM until dawn.

Guntur (46), a citizen of RW 02, Kedoya Utara Urban Village, Kebon Jeruk Sub-district disclosed, on last Eid holiday, those streets were deserted from sex worker. After Eid ends, they return again.

"They (sex worker) on Jl Daan Mogot and Jl Inspeksi Kali Sekretaris have been existed since a dozen years ago. Despite we control them, but they return again," he stated, Saturday (8/6).

He admitted, usually, after the raid, they disappear for a few days and return again when the officer is not stay. Hence, he asks the officer to seriously handle this matter in such streets.

Head of Central Jakarta Satpol PP, Tamo Sijabat disclosed he often does the raid in the location, but the sex worker always returns after the raid.

"We'll raid them again soon. This is our commitment. Jakarta must be free from social ills," he closed.
