Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama was upset with emergency service number 112 from Jakarta Regional Disaster Handling Agency (BPBD). This is because, until now, the service cannot be used.
BPBD is very slow. I think simple where there is nothing new in this world, just imitate service 911
"BPBD is very slow. I think simple where there is nothing new in this world, just imitate service 911," he stated, at City Hall, Thursday (8/18).
He asks BPBD to involve BCA in running the system. Considering, the bank has received 11 awards in the 2016 Contact Center Service Excellence Award (CCSEA).
City Trials Emergency Number 112"BCA is already willing to train. They were awarded the best call center. It has been four times to get the award," he said.
He acknowledged will not prohibit BPBD to imitate the existing system service emergency number thus the service could be used quickly.
"Why do not imitate 911? Don't create a new thing," he closed.
