602 Child's Birth Certificates Issued from Koja RSUD

Along January-July 2016, North Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-dept has issued 602 birth certificates of children who born in Koja General Hospital (RSUD).

Just bring ID card and family card photo copy as well as birth letter from hospital

Section Head of Civil Recording, North Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-dept, Kartawi said, when a child is born, the parents can immediately process the birth certificate at the counter of Civil Registration Sub-dept in Koja Hospital.

"The applicant could have it at that time because the system directly integrated to the Civil Registration Sub-dept office," stated Kartawi, Wednesday (8/31).

Birth Certificate Issuance Integrated with Private Hospitals

Kartawi continued usually the parents have not set up a name for their child thus become a constraint length of certificate issuance. However, it can be resolved because the counter is open every day from 8 AM- 4 PM.

Head of North Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-dept, Erik Polim Sinurat disclosed, next year, his side plans to cooperate with private hospital in such matter.

"Such as Mitra Keluarga Hospital in Sunter Agung, Tanjung Priok," he finished.
