Garbage Management Socialization Held in Pademangan

The Pademangan Sub-district Cleanliness Section is holding socialization about garbage management in the independent region through business to business (B2B) and Cleanliness Levy in the sub-district office's hall.

If they can do that, just cooperate with third party that has permit. The list has been made at www.kebersihan.jakarta.go.id

Socialization was attended by 25 levy payers consisting of companies, hotels, restaurants, shop houses, shopping center or mall, and apartments.

Head of Independent Region Unit for Jakarta Cleanliness Dept, Adi Darmawan disclosed, socialization is an effort to empower the people or entities to process their own garbage.

"If they can do that, just cooperate with third party that has permit. The list has been made at www.kebersihan.jakarta.go.id," he stated, Thursday (9/22).

Section Head of Pademangan Sub-district Cleanliness, Acim Sutisna said, his region has two points of independent garbage management, namely Pagi Markat and ITC Mangga Dua. Hence, his side does socialization thus a business entity that is required to levy can process their own garbage.

"What happened today, it's just moved to the Bantar Gebang. It is better than illegal TPS," he closed.
