Marunda Urban Village Head, Hilda Damayanti disclosed the landowner is difficult to be met. He assessed, there are three buildings that should be controlled thus she cannot do anything.

"As I know, there are still 20 plots not been acquired, and I don't know who is the owner. I see three buildings must be controlled but we can't come and control but we have to check it out first," she told, Saturday (9/24).

Along with BPN, she assessed, the North Jakarta Administration is still looking for the landowner. 

"Nevertheless, the problem like this must be solved this year," she stressed.
