Jakarta Population and Population Dept conducts population data collection through door to door service or called as jemput bola. Since January, there have been 1,247 residents served.

"This is to accelerate recording process, we serve residents using door to door system," expressed Edison Sianturi, Head of Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Dept, Sunday (10/16).
According to him, residents that served are mostly elderly and those who are sick thus it was hard to conduct the recording in the urban village. Officers collected data and then comes directly carry out recording at home.
App Transition Disturbs e-ID Card Printing"Besides recording, at this time, we focus on distribution of e-ID card printing that has been delayed," he stated.
For people who have not processed the recording, are urged to make a report to the nearest urban village office. Later on, officers would come to help the recording.
