Residents or road users on Jalan DR Soemarno complained about broken road, especially on east side of Cakung toll road, East Jakarta. The broken road could trigger accident because it is dusty during hot weather and slippery during rainy season.

Lusi (26), one of road users, complained about this condition. "The broken road is only one kilometer away from East Jakarta Mayor office. But why it seems neglected," she complained, Tuesday (5/20).
Responding the matter, East Jakarta head Section of Road Planning for Sub-dept. of Public Works, Arief Ritonga, explained his side will follow up the report.
4 Months, 15 People Died on Central Jakarta Roads"There is also flyover construction as Pulogebang Terminal access. It means heavy vehicles often pass the road. That's why the road is broken," Ritonga explained.
According to him, the road will be repaired after the flyover construction is done.
"It is hoped the project could be done this year," he hoped.
