BPPBJ Has Completed Auction For 89 Activity Packages

Jakarta Goods and Services Procurement Agency (BPPBJ) has finished auction around 89 percent of activity packages that set in 2016 APBD.

Total activity package that has been auctioned is more than Rp 11 trillion

"Total activity package that has been auctioned is more than Rp 11 trillion," said Blessmiyanda, Head of Jakarta BPPBJ, Thursday (10/27).

Slow Process of Auction By BPPBJ Questioned by Council

Until now, his party is still holding auction for several packages that have been set in revised 2016 APBD. It only takes around 1 month or 30 days.

"There are some small activity packages that will be auctioned such as catering provision, toilet rehab, fence or air conditioner (AC) provision. As for the lift reparation that needs 4 months, we believe it will be rejected," he expressed.

He continued, until now, his side has not known the package of small activities that will be auctioned until early November.

"We've issued circulation letter thus SKPD could make auction proposal for small activity around the first week of November," he expressed.

The package will be auctioned quickly in accordance with LKPP rules. The quick auction in question is specifications and quality of the goods has been set by the user beforehand.

"The provider only proposes price thus the auction will only finish only 5-7 days than before, that is around 18 days," he finished.
