On that occasion, the man who popularly called as Soni gave three messages to civil servants (PNS) under Jakarta Provincial Government after reading a speech of Youth and Sport Minister, Imam Nachrawi.
"I want to add a little. I want to give three messages to you (PNS)," he stated, Friday (10/28).

"First, accept me as your leader and Acting Governor, as long as the governor and vice governor runs their campaign period. Let's work as well as possible and professional," he expressed.
Second message, civil servant must keep and maintain neutrality during the 2017 Pilkada. They are expected nothing involved in politics.
"Whoever is elected, it's the choice of the people. All must be neutral," he stressed.
Lastly, he sure will continue the policies and programs of the governor work. Civil servant is asked to give correct and clear information about the work program being run at this time so as to be sustainable and continuous.
