"The point is there is basic rule that used as a foothold. The policy applies specifically to Jakarta," said Sumarsono, Jakarta Acting Governor, at the building of Agrarian and Spatial Planning Ministry/BPN, Jl Sisingamangaraja, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, Wednesday (11/16).
Sumarsono said, the policy must be issued related with 127 priority parcels that should be released in the MRT project.Principally, it will be paid according to the appraisal price of a compromise from the local government to landowners who have cared for the country land.
MRT Project Requires Additional Budget"Certainly, Jakarta government is ready to receive the policy and we've got a foundation to pay for it," he expressed.
He assessed, MRT project must remain continue. Hence, the land owner is asked to be prudent, considering it is for the public interest. Jakarta government itself would take the consignment to the land owners who are reluctant released and inhibit its project.
"It must be continued, depending on assessment and court. So it remains appraisal, we also have own calculation," he told.
He added, in the near future, the policy can already be issued. "We agreed tonight letter has been sent. Tomorrow, the policy will be made as basic rule," he finished.
