City Secretary, Saefullah revealed that there have been no civil servants (PNS) under Jakarta Provincial Government who break the rule of Government Regulation No. 53/2010 on discipline of PNS related to neutrality during the election of 2017 Pilkada.

"Until now, there has been no PNS who breaks the regulation," he stated, when he opened a panel discussion with theme of maintaining neutrality of Jakarta PNS during Pilkada, at City Hall, Tuesday (12/6).

Saefullah also delivered had made a circular letter thus they remain neutral during Pilkada. It is expected, by the end of the Pilkada, they would be neutral, that is by not supporting one candidate for governor and vice governor.

"Jakarta Acting Governor also said that we must remain neutral. We even had declared this statement at Monas to ensure that we are neutral," he finished.
