A cleaning that carried out on the West Flood Canal riverbank, Kalijodo, Pejagalan Urban Village, Penjaringan, North Jakarta was intensified by the officer of Cleaning Executor Unit (UPK) for Jakarta Cleanliness Dept. 

Until afternoon, we have cleaned 60 cubic meters of garbage and weeds

Head of UPK for Jakarta Cleanliness Dept, Junjungan Sihombing disclosed that will clean the riverbank up to four kilometers. It is targeted will be complete within four days.

"Until afternoon, we have cleaned 60 cubic meters of garbage and weeds," he expressed, Tuesday (12/27).

He explained, besides cleaning garbage, his side also cleaned weeds. Cleanling includes two sides of the riverbank, starting from Caglak Bridge until Kalijodo Bridge.

"We deploy 43 officers to clean up the riverbank," he finished.
