A few days ago, the City Regional Employment Agency (BKD) conducted a sudden inspection in South Jakarta Mayor office on Jalan Prapanca, yesterday's inspection was also carried out in North Jakarta Mayor building on Jalan Laksamana Yos Sudarso, Tanjung Priok. The inspection was started by sweeping the whole building in Block P, Block S and Block R, North Jakarta Mayor office. However, while doing inspection at Block R, Karmayoga with his ten personnel of BKD found some employees were smoking and playing chess on the 4th floor. He was dumbfounded seeing that while it was still in working hours and the place was a non-smoking areas (KDM). The employee were surprised and chose to immediately disband.
Not only that, in Block R, which is the North Jakarta Water Management Public Works Sub-department was also looked deserted. Of the 31 Public Works employees, there were only 6 employees in the room.

"There is no assignment letter stating they are on duty outside, so we do not know where their duty is," he said, Friday (5/30).
The inspection is intended as guidance as well as disciplining the presence of the employees. Because according to Karmayoga, discipline is one of the important milestones towards change and improvement.
In that inspection, the presence of employees in North Jakarta Mayor as much as 99.5 percent in total, and 33 people out of 216 employees were absent for several reasons, such as field assignments
