Basuki: BPKD Must Disburse Grant Fund for KONI Immediately!Erwindia disclosed that KONI grant is still under disbursement process in Jakarta Financial Management Body (BPKD). That means some KONI programs can already run in accordance with target that was scheduled in meeting.

Earlier, Acting Jakarta Governor Basuki 'Ahok' T Purnama instructed the BPKD to immediately disburse the KONI grant in the amount of RP 299.9 billion. "I ordered (Jakarta BPKD) to disburse their money. It is insane if the fund disbursement waited until the presidential election and money disbursed in October," he stated.
Moreover, he also complained the performance of BPKD for being not responsive to the delay in disbursement grant for KONI because careless and lack of coordination. BPKD should have sent letter or met the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to ask for direction which institutions or boards that are allowed to receive grant funds or social aid in the 2014 City Budget (APBD).
