Draft Bylaw on Education Is Ready to Be Discussed in Bapemperda

Draft bylaw on education system is an initiative of the council

Chairman of Working Group (Pokja) I for Education Draft Bylaw, Achmad Nawawi disclosed, academic papers and draft bylaw on the education system has been completed. And it is ready discussed in Jakarta DPRD's Regional Regulation Forming Board (Bapemperda).

"Draft bylaw on education system is an initiative of the council. It's ready discussed to be ratified," disclosed Nawawi, who also serves as a member of Jakarta DPRD Commission E, Monday (3/20).

Council to Soon Discuss Four Draft Bylaws

According to him, it has been discussed since the end of last year and has been included in this year's Regional Regulation Forming Program (Propemperda).

"The draft bylaw on education system is one out of seven council's proposals included in this year's Propemperda,' he expressed.

In the meantime, Jakarta DPRD's Bapemperda Secretary, Merry Hotma has made a a discussion schedule on 4 out of 32 draft bylaws in accordance with schedule that is set by DPRD's Bamus. 

"It can already be scheduled after getting Bamus' approval," he stated.
