To parse the congestion, vehicles on the alternative lane from Kemang towards Jalan Pangeran Antasari had to be diverted to Jalan Ampera Raya to turn right via Jeruk Purut Public Cemetery (TPU). The congestion in location was getting severe because there were many vehicles parked. Those vehicles belong to visitors of Palang Pintu Festival which held on Jalan Kemang Raya.
