Jakarta Capital Investment Dept. and One-Stop Integrated Service (DPM and PTSP) are asked to be more careful before issuing permit of the proposed petition.

City Secretary, Saefullah disclosed, besides surveying, those are also asked to recheck whether the building that has been made is potentially changed function or not.

"Before giving permit, there must be survey to the location. Perhaps there is a function chance that may change," he expressed, Friday (5/19). 

He furthered it is very useful to prevent rule violations. For instance is a place that is used as the nightclub, whereas it is destined for educational or residential environments.

"If it is already built, it will be supervised from Cipta Karya, Spatial Planning and Land Dept.," he closed.
