Training Provided for Better Civil Servant Service

The South Jakarta Administration provides Sensitivity training for the one-door integrated service (PTSP) officers. It is aimed to improve the best service for public.

"They need more communication and motivation during the public service process," said South Jakarta Mayor, Syamsuddin Noor, Wednesday (6/11).

Noor added, the participants came from 10 parts of city secretary administration (setko). There are 24 PTSP units officers participated in the event in Puncak, Bogor, West Java.

Cheating, 350 Civil Servants Threatened to Be Demoted

"The materials are about ASN, profile mindset, mental, self abilities, sensitivity in working place, working potential, and working achievement. There is also team building in outing concept," he added.

According to him, the training given is also based on Law No 5/2014 about state apparatus which are demanded to gain competency as civil servant.
