Environment Sub-dept. Intensifiying Socialization in Three Locations

West Jakarta Environment Sub-dept. will socialize citizen continuously to not throwing trash carelessly. There are three locations to focus on socialization.

We conducting every Saturday night, because it always crowded. Later we will held OTT for those who littering

Jakarta Environment Dept. Head, Edy Mulyanto said, those three locations are Kota Tua's Fatahillah Museum area, Kalijodo Children-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA), and Kembangan CNI area.

"When we cleaning the area, we also educating citizen that trash have economic value," he said, Sunday (5/28).

He added, those three locations are usually crowded by visitors, especially on Saturday night. After socialization, they will arrest anyone who caught in the act for littering (OTT).

"We conducting every Saturday night, because it always crowded. OTT operation will be conducted for those who littering," he closed.
