Based on Jakarta Governor Decree No. 911/2017 on Setting Work Hours during Ramadhan, the PTSP operational will only open until 2 PM.

Eva Juwita, Coordinator of Customer Relation Office for Jakarta Capital Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) Dept. disclosed, Monday until Thursday, residents who want to process permits can take the queue number from 7.30 AM-1.30 PM and Friday at 7.30 AM-2 PM.
