Allegedly Illegal, Satpol PP Delivered Warning to MEIS

Jakarta Satpol PP delivered a warning letter to Mata Elang International Stadium (MEIS) management. Allegedly the management has no license for the place according to Nuisance laws (UUG).

There will be strict action if maximum 7 days the management ignore our letter. We'll keep monitor them

It means the management activity renting building for entertainment purpose in Ancol Beach City third floor is illegal.

North Jakarta Head of Satpol PP, Partono, admitted his side had delivered warning letter accordance to Bylaw No 15/2011 about business place permit and nuisance law.

"There will be strict action if maximum 7 days the management ignore our letter. We'll keep monitor them," Partono said, Saturday (6/14).

Responding this matter, Legal Affair Ancol Beach City, Aspandiar, admitted the management has used the building since two years ago.

"The management has proposed permit based on applicable law. We also reported to resort police for tonight show," Aspandiar explained.

Meanwhile, MEIS Operation Director, Linda Banowati, was unable to be contacted.
