Council Fractions Viewpoints Towards Three Market Management Raperda

City Council held a plenary meeting yesterday about fractions' viewpoints towards three regulation drafts (raperda) proposed by executives regarding market management.
That market has many benefits for communities as long as it is able to maintain cleanliness, security, public order, and goods quality
Those three raperdas are Raperda on Market Section, Raperda on Pasar Jaya Regional Public Company, and Raperda on Pasar Jaya Management and Business Development.
PDIP Fraction Member, Ong Yenny suggested not to control impromptu market and it does not need to be regulated in Raperda on Market Section.

quality," she said.Meanwhile, council member from Gerindra Fraction, Rani Maulani wanted executive side to make selling price regulation in order to create healthy competition between private and traditional markets.
"Thus mini market must fulfill selling price provision for similar goods. It must not sells cheaper than surrounding markets," she added.
Council Demokrat-PAN Fraction Secretary, Bambang Kusumanto asked for regulation about distance between private market with traditional market to be set inside Raperda on Market Section in accordance with Regional Regulation (Perda) No. 2/2002 about private market.
"In part (a) is mentioned that 100-200 meters wide private market must keep 0.5 kilometers distance to traditional market and must be placed on the side of residential road," he closed.
