Tomorrow, 29 Peddlers of Muara Angke Pujaseri Relocated

Due to development process of Muara Angke Floating Restaurant, as many as 29 peddlers in Muara Angke seafood centre (Pujaseri), Penjaringan, North Jakarta will be relocated to a temporary shelter (TPS) on Tuesday (8/22).

Muara Angke Fishery Harbor Management Unit Head, Abdul Cholik said, the 29 peddlers will be relocated to a parking lot on the north side of the UP3 office.

Muara Angke Floating Restaurant Construction is Started

"It will be executed tomorrow. If the development is done, they will re-occupy their old kiosk with new model," he stated, Monday (8/21).

Most peddlers sell seafood culinary. And from far-away days, the relocation itself has been socialized to them.

"We will also make a greening around the restaurant to make an impression of beauty and coolness," he uttered.

The development itself is managed by Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Dept. To realize it, they have injected Rp 85.175 billion from funds exceeding the building floor coefficient (KLB) of two private companies. It is targeted to be complete within 12 months.
