Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Dept. has proposed additional budget in 2017 APBD-P amounting Rp 1.6 billion.

According to M Nurrahman, Head of Population, Information and Technology Unit, additional budget is aimed to procure ink that will be used in printing the citizen population administration documents of the capital.

After listening to the exposure, the monitoring team headed to the Common Room of Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Dept. to see the blank of the new birth certificate.
Dany Sumirat Kurniawan, Sub-section Head of Tata Praja for Jakarta Bappeda Government Section uttered, his side checked on the proposed additional budget.
He added the blank quotation on the new birth certificate is in empty condition thus it takes more ink to print it.
"There is a significant change, thus the use of ink is more for printing new birth certificate," he stated.
