City Council asks SKPD to optimize regional regulation (Perda) socialization in accordance to each SKPD's main tasks and functions.
Thus SKPD must be consistent in socializing all perda that have been ratified through plenary
City Council's Vice Chairman, Abraham Lunggana said, perda socialization needs to be done to anticipate any misunderstanding when government issues a policy.

He also asks Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat to instruct mayors and regents to socialize perda in each areas intensively.
"Socialization from mayor can be brought to RW level thus it will be effective," he closed.
