10 Outstanding Students & Educators in E. Jakarta Given Awards

East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardana awarded charter medals and trophies to 10 outstanding students and educators in the field of education and sports on the anniversary of Kebangkitan Pancasila Day today.

"We give them award, as they have brought the name of East Jakarta city through the achievement," he expressed, after a ceremony of Kebangkitan Pancasila Day on the yard of mayor office, Monday (10/2).

City Gets Two Awards From UGM

As quoted by Beritajakarta.id, 10 outstanding students and educators who get award are Glesele Neterfari, a student of SMPN 252 and Janes Apriadi, a student of SDN 08 Jatinegara (the winner of the national-level in international taekwondo championship 2017), Nayla Zahwa Kamila, a student of SDN Malaka Jaya 10 (the winner of gymnastics national champion of O2SN 2017).

There are also Nasrudin, Principle of SMPN 146 (the winner of provincial-level headmaster 2017), Niken Hendriani, Head of Kindergarten Aisyiah 21 (the winner of provincial-level Kindergarten Achievement 2017), and Geraldo siswa SMKN 48 (the first winner of provincial film-making in 2017).

"We want their achievements to spur and motivate others to get the achievement," he said.
