632 Program Packages Auctioned by ULP

Jakarta Provincial Government has set to apply auction process through Goods and Services Procurement Unit (ULP). Until this month, Jakarta ULP has managed to auction 632 program packages or 12.3 percent of 5,114 programs proposed by SKPDs and UKPDs.

Of 632 program packages, there are already 68 winners with contract price of Rp 191.9 billion

Head of Jakarta ULP, I Dewa Gede Sony, said that the 632 program packages are in auction process with a total budget or temporary bid price (HPS) as much as Rp 653 billion.

“ Of 632 program packages, there are already 68 winners with contract price of Rp 191.9 billion ,” he stated at City Hall, Monday (6/23).

According to Sony, 18 program packages auctioned in e-catalog with e-purchasing system have been proceed in employment contract worth Rp 121.6 billion. Meanwhile, 9 program packages are still in e-purchasing process worth Rp 81.4 billion.

“The rest 537 program packages are still in auction process. Hopefully the process could be finished soon,” he expressed.

For information, of 7,000 program packages, 73 percent or 5,114 program packages must be auctioned by Jakarta ULP. From that amount, 142 program packages were returned to related units due to incomplete documents.

All physical auctions worth above Rp 200 million and service auctions worth above Rp 50 million will be proceed by ULP to avoid a party monopolizing the tender.

Not all goods can be bought through ULP since most of the auctions have been listed in e-catalog and e-purchasing. If the goods were not available in both online systems, each SKPD and UKPD will then hold auction through goods and services ULP.
