After passing through a short discussion, North Jakarta Administration is looking to apply traffic engineering at Jalan Lodan Raya, Pademangan today, Wednesday (11/1).

"Starting today at 6 AM, traffic engineering will be applied at Jalan Lodan Raya. Vehicle will use one way from Jalan Pakin-Jalan RE Martadinata," expressed Benhard Hutajulu, Head of North Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept., Tuesday (10/31).
According to Hutajulu, it is slated to be applied 15 days ahead or during box ducting project and sidewalk improvement in the field.
MCB Blocks Added to Secure Box Ducting ConstructionIt will be started from the bridge or intersection of Kampung Bandan up to intersection of Jalan Tongkol. Vehicles coming from east cannot use Jalan Lodan Raya. And for heavy vehicles such as trailer, container, and tronton, will be rerouted to inner-city toll. As for the small vehicle, will be rerouted to alternative lane.
"Residents won't be disturbed by this traffic engineering, as there is a lot of access in citizen residential. Our policy also gets positive response from local citizens," he uttered.
His side has asked the contractors of sidewalk and box ducting projects to prepare traffic signs, thus motorists are not stuck in traffic around the project site.
