Sandi Wants Preparation of Asian Games to Be Maximized

Jakarta Deputy Governor, Sandiaga Uno, asking all elements to work hard in succeeding the 2018 Asian Games.

"We must do all out for Asian Games," he expressed, after he reviewed some venues of Asian Games in Senayan area, Sunday (11/12)

He claimed to have strategic steps in preparation for the Asian Games. Some things that are considered need to be addressed include infrastructure, sidewalks, transportation and traffic engineering.

Sandi Reviews Construction of Asian Games Venues

To PT Transjakarta, he wants they to prepare bus stop around Senayan. It is because the GBK stadium will be the main point of the implementation of the Asian Games.

He also intends to coordinate with PT KAI to maximize the existing station in Senayan area. Sidewalks at the location were requested to be addressed, as it will be used as audience access from and towards the stadium.

He ensures will also organize street vendors (PKL) selling in the area of Senayan to be more orderly.

"It becomes our homework," he exclaimed.

He will also encourage all support projects of the Asian Games to be completed on time.

"(Aquatic) is the first venue that has been completed and will be followed by others," he finished.
