Next Year, Senen Market's Block VI Revitalized

PD. Pasar Haya will revitalize Senen Market's Block VI in the first quarter of 2018. This is run due to damage in most of market building parts.

We will relocate merchants to temporary trading place (TPS) during revitalization

PD. Pasar Jaya Public Relation Assistant, Amanda Gita Dinanjar said, there are 2,237 places for trading consist of 939 kiosks, 1,140 counters, and 158 stalls.

"We will relocate merchants to temporary trading place (TPS) during revitalization. We have conducted emergency handling for damaged market's areas," she said, Monday (11/13).

Pasar Senen's Merchant will Receive TPS Keys

He explained, TPS located on Jalan Stasiun Senen has been built and can be occupied immediately. While TPS on Jalan Senen Raya is still on construction.

"We are involving three sides for revitalization and it will be started in early of 2018," she informed.

She added, Senen Market Block VI will implement Transit Oriented Development (TOD) concept.

"Senen area will be integrated and connected with transportation facilities, such as train and public transportation, shopping center, and simple rental flat (rusunawa)," he closed.
