Jakarta Communication Informatics and Statistic Dept. (Diskominfotik) holds technical guidance (Bimtek) to enhance communication and public information understanding for North Jakarta SKPDs and UKPDs.
We will facilitate SKPD/UKPD to form PPID soon
There are 80 North Jakarta SKPD/UKPD are invited to participate in Bimtek which is held at pola room, North Jakarta Government Office. This Bimtek is done to encourage SKPD/UKPD to have Information and Documentation Management Officials (PPID).
Jakarta Diskominfotik's Public Information Service Section Head, Harry Sanjaya said PPID Bimtek is an implementation from UU No. 14/2008 about Public Information Openness.

"Currently Diskominfotik has formed information service through PPID. Today, we hold bimtek for other SKPD/UKPDs thus they will form PPID. Through Bimtek, we want to motivate them to move faster," he said, Thursday (11/16).
According to him, PPID forming in SKPD/UKPD has been instructed by City Secretary, Saefullah, through Instruction Letter No. 10/2017 about Assigning Information and Data Personnel in each SKPD/UKPD.
Thus citizen or institutions who wants to have an information could access from PPID.
"For information request procedure, apllicant should fill the form and attach copy ID or public institution or organization establishment certificate. Later, PPID will provide related information to the applicant," he added.
.Meanwhile North Jakarta Kominfotik Sub-dept. Head, Christian Anthony added, there are 40 North Jakarta SKPD/UKPDs who participate in Bimtek.
"We will facilitate SKPD/UKPD to form PPID soon. Because it is a public necessity and must be served by providing information," he closed.
